Diamond Galleria is pleased to announce that we now carry beautifully hand carved  jewellery by renown New Zealand artist Neil Hanna.

His most recent work, the Coastal Pearl Collection is carved in mother-of-pearl shell and is inspired by the New Zealand coastline. 

    

About Neil

Neil Hanna is a well known New Zealand artist who has had a lifetime interest in collecting, cutting and carving stones. 

Originally trained as a jeweller, he worked in London where he studied gemmology, graduating as a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain in 1971.

Neil has since worked as a professional artist in Auckland. During that time he has built his reputation on lapidary and stone cutting techniques.

History

Jordy and Ton Cobelens, the founders of TW Steel and CEO and Chief Design Officer respectively, saw an opportunity and seized it through the creation of TW Steel in Amsterdam in 2005.

They developed four high-quality watch models, with a striking, trendy oversized design and an affordable price point. The models were a big hit. From the moment TW Steel launched in The Netherlands, the brand proved to be a huge success. With 124 different models in the collection, TW Steel has attained a global appeal while creating an internationally recognized and respected brand name.
